You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact info@flowerz.ae and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If the item is found damaged upon return, the company reserves the right not to refund the money. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
Orders must be returned to Abu Dhabi Warehouse within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email info@flowerz.ae a tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order. Your returns should arrive to the below address:

Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment within 45 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@flowerz.ae.
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above.
